I put the stickers on, since I don't want the hassle/waste of my time of being pulled over to explain to a CHP officer why I think I'm above the law by not putting the stickers on AND driving in the HOV lane.

Been there twice over the past 3+ weeks. Both times, I was the only one there, and both times, the max charge rate was 60kwh. WTF? Maybe this is why I was the only one there for 30+ minutes.
