I am still having assess getting anyone at Tesla to agree that there is an issue with me receiving 2x ET34 and 2x ET40. Any suggestions on who to contact?

I NEED SOME HELP! The service center sent me 2x ET34 (PUP) and 2x ET40 (non-PUP) wheels. They are claiming it's a staggered set even though the widths and the tires are the same size, just the offsets are different. I contacted referrals support (email) and all they did was call the same...

FWIW, even my 18” Aero wheels have the machined step. The hub step issue comes into play with aftermarket wheels.

I agree that mix and match is a no go, but the ET40 do indeed have the counter-bore. There is even a photo of a PUP with ET40 all around, no issues, except for the fact that it is too recessed in, visually and for performance (track width) reasons.
