Do these fit Model 3 Performance OEM hub? I wasn't sure if the spacers you refer have to bought separately or is already on the Model 3 P at delivery.

Hi, they are aftermarket spacers. Here’s a link.

They were actually mounted on a Performance with no issues. I have the spacers you can have for free.

Because the are so thin and the hub still sticks out far enough to center with the wheels, the spacers are not that critical. However, please note I am not an expert so take this as just internet advice with no value.
