I just realized that I never followed up with the outcome. It turns out that the antenna cable had come loose from its socket, so no FM or satellite signal was coming through. The SC plugged it back in and said that they tightened it down so it wouldn't come loose again.

Did you find out anything about the cause of the noise? My MS is making the same noise. It has about 35k miles on it and sounds exactly like your video. It does it on hard acceleration from either a stop or slow speed. I don't feel any shudder when it makes the noise.
