Tried again after the update was installed and its now working. All sorted now!

They've marked us as delivered, so I've got access to the app! Still no joy with the wall charger yet. The tech team are going to be in touch on Monday.

It just gave us a button saying 'start charging' but that didn't do anything. I've put the granny charger on now and that seems to be working. Finally through to tesla now. They say the car hasn't been marked as delivered so they're looking into that and are trying to work out why the wall...

Hi all, hoping somebody can help. We've just had our model Y delivered (was originally due yesterday) but I can't get it to charge with our tesla wall charger. Just a solid blue light. Also, the tesla app hasn't changed in any way yet. It's still asking me to manage my account in the browser...

Mine's just arrived. They had to drive it here from Manchester so no 'only 5 miles on the clock' for me, which is a shame but at least it's here! Should my app have changed though? It still only lets me go to my account on the website. There's no option to open doors etc. Also, it's refusing to...

Just got rid of our E class to WBAC. Knocked us down a bit but still much better than the trade in. Really wanted to try Motorway after reading good reviews but they were useless for us - kept asking for documentation and photos we'd already sent and couldn't get anywhere with them. Tesla's due...

Is home delivery just for lease customers?

I got my reg number last week but it's not recognised yet by any insurer databases so I can't proceed with my (extortionate) quote yet. Does anybody know how long it takes to filter through to the insurers?

Just had the updated p/x valuation through. Still much less than wbac and motorway which is a pain as we'll have to sell and then figure out how to get to the Trafford centre for collection. Does anyone know if I should reject the p/x now or hang on?

VIN ahoy! 448. April 20th order. I've been fully set up with charger and room full of accessories for months after an optimistic June EDD. Waiting for a revised trade in offer although it was 3k less than wbac etc last time so will probably have to sell separately.

I've had too much time now to build it up in my head. There's no way it can live up to my expectations!
