    True, but my brand new car has defects, and the Tesla delivery team keeps referring to their Service. On the contrary, the Tesla Service team is amazing. My issues or problems are with the Delivery Team and they do have poor ratings for a reason.

    Interesting...my loss sounds/looks Whiny Whiny !!! It also interesting that you are calling repairs under Warranty, and Tesla is charging me $5(Visor) for $120 for the Glass, and this ain't right.

    I will try that too... I had an inspection with the Service Center, and they recommended speaking with my/our delivery Center, so I had to visit them, and it was so unpleasant. I have scheduled a followup session for this 27th, let's see where that goes....
