Yes the white indent in the paint. Its definitely plastic or at least the transition between side skirt and black plastic bottom is soft plastic or some sort of painted seal. Shall I report to Tesla? Chances they will fix it? Thanks

I don't but it was exactly the clicking and creaking you would expect rubbing metal on plastic. I'm not taking it off ;)

Check if the metal U clamp is rubbing and wearing away the plastic below. That was causing the sound on mine. Small piece of adhesive felt has resolved it.

Hi mate, I had a similar issue with drivers side too and took weeks to find. Check if the metal U clamp is rubbing and wearing away the plastic as below. A small triangle of adhesive felt fixed mine.

Absolutely agree, the whole process so far has been great for me 10/10 compared to Audi and even Mercedes dealer process. Touch wood the collection is as smooth as the order process.
