    12v Switched?

Question about my relay setup for radar detector. My power cord has a fuse built in, should I cut the fuse off to connect to the relay?

    12v Switched?

What are you using for power? I'm planning on using vcleft port for power and running relay to the brown wire like eXntrc. Thanks for the clarification and pics would be great if you get a chance.

    12v Switched?

Did you ever get a response for this? Looking to tap this wire without a relay for a radar install if it will be ok. Thanks

New Model 3 Radar Detector Hardwire

So my radar has been working fine on the limited testing for the past week. Took a longer drive and about 20 minutes in my brand new uniden r3 goes dead and won't come back on. Played a round of golf and came back and still no power. Drove an hour home, came inside for a bit and went back out to...

New Model 3 Radar Detector Hardwire

Just wired mine to the 6 pin connector in driver's side footwell thinking it was still switched power. Then noticed the detector wouldn't shut off and came to this thread to see it's no longer switched. That sucks

    Annoying CNN article...

Well at this point there are no unbiased news outlets to watch which is ridiculous. Not trying to get political here as I am pretty sure we have enough division going on

Things to make cabin quieter - in order of easiest to hardest?

So can you just call the service center and order it? I would also like to order the chrome window trim and install myself if it's that easy.

    Model 3 Performance Spacers

Wondering if you all have noticed a discernable loss of range with the spacers. This is the only reason I am on the fence although I may have to just bite the bullet as it looks soo much better. Thanks in advance!

Wheel Spacers on Aftermarket Wheels (Perf and Non-Perf)

Is an alignment required after adding spacers? I just put springs on and plan on adding spacers later on, just wondering if I will need another alignment. Tia

Finally!! Eibach has a SR+ lowering spring.

Ok gotcha, I'm not real sure. I do know the center bolt in the strut assembly was not torqued correctly and was squeaking and sitting higher but once tightened it stopped. Is that what you are referencing. Sorry I didn't read thru this whole thread when I posted but just did and see you have...

Finally!! Eibach has a SR+ lowering spring.

Np, I'm really glad it's finally done and everything worked out well. There is a set of sockets that will work from Amazon from Sablue, they are mentioned in the big thread about lowering the 3. It's ridiculous how small the hole is for the socket...

Finally!! Eibach has a SR+ lowering spring.

Which bolts are your referring, I'm not sure as my friend worked the spring compressor. That's odd about the rear measurements being off, are you measuring up the center of wheel? My measurements are all the same with rear a qtr inch lower. Also 1.5 up front is a little more than advertised...

Finally!! Eibach has a SR+ lowering spring.

I did trim front and rear by abt 20mm taking off the first rib. Hard to get real precise, I used a serrated kitchen knife and it worked well. Who knows if that's the right move with differing opinions abound.

Finally!! Eibach has a SR+ lowering spring.

Coilovers are def the way to go if you can afford it. I'm hoping to continue enjoying the springs although I do have limited testing miles but so far so good. Gl with your MPP order, I'm sure they will be great.
