Once again I am pleased that I canceled the order I made in December. With Tesla's worldwide inventory glut I will not be surprised if prices go down again.

The only problem is now there are rumours that LFP batteries are coming to Model Y long range, so now I am hesitant again lol

Me wanting Quicksilver & HW4 is 95% of my reason. The rest is my preference for a car manufactured in the current year, which has implications in future resale value

I am now seriously considering cancelling my order, because Tesla China has announced new model Y colours including Quicksilver. While I mull this decision, I re-opened the trade-in portal for my order, which effectively puts it on hold.

My guess is the unloading of MC is impacted by the Wharfies strike
