    Model 3 tweeters

Thanks. If I could pay someone to do it, I would definitely go for one of those harnesses to enable the tweeters, but it looks like they expect you to do it yourself, and I'm really not confident enough to take my M3 apart to do that at this stage!

    Model 3 tweeters

Thanks for this, that does explain it, wish I'd gone for the LR now and got premium audio. I guess I could fit one of those third-party adaptors that will enable them, but I'm not confident about mucking about with wiring in my new car! I don't suppose you can pay someone to do these things...

    Which documents exactly?

So, I bought a used Tesla model 3 in the UK a few weeks ago. I've went through the process of adding a vehicle to my profile and took photos of my drivers licence and V5 document front and rear pages as they seem to suggest. It's been a week since I did this and I've had an email back from...

    Model 3 tweeters

It's hard to find any info about this, but it is looking like those speakers are only enabled on the premium audio setup on the LR unfortunately!

    Model 3 tweeters

No, the M3 Standard RWD should have these door tweeters working by default according to Tesla.

    Model 3 tweeters

No, not yet, but the M3 should come with these by default should it not?

    Model 3 tweeters

So, I recently bought a 2021 model 3 and I've just discovered that the little tweeter speakers on the top of the front doors are not working. After extensive Google searches about this, I tried some recommended fixes including a software reset using the two buttons on the steering wheel and...

Prospective M3 buyer - advice needed

Didn't want to start a whole new post for this, but has the ride comfort on the M3 been improved on at all since launch, after facelifts?

So, when did the 60kwh battery first get introduced to the M3?

If that's the SR M3, then that sounds pretty good, considering it's a mix of motorway and A-road driving.

Thanks, this is interesting and very useful. Shame you can't specify mileage, but apart from that it's great. I've signed up to the email notifications too.

Thanks all. It's looking like my best option, considering my budget, is to try to find a 2021 SR+ AWD, which may come with the LFP battery, depending on the date of the first registration in 2021. I'm starting to see some on Autotrader for around £30k now, which is promising.

Prospective M3 buyer - advice needed

I do around 30 miles a day & the occasional long journey, but never usually more than 200 miles. I am planning on getting a home charger when I get an M3. The long range version would be good, but they do seem to be a lot more expensive used.

Prospective M3 buyer - advice needed

Thanks for your extremely detailed comments. Unfortunately I'm in the position of having limited funds & therefore trying to find a used M3 for under 30k, so a LR may be beyond me, especially as I really like the 2021 facelift model. I don't feel that leasing is an option either, as job...

Just because you can charge them to 100% consistently, without any battery degradation, so you get that bit of extra range.
