Mine also came without EAP even though I paid for it. I called my local service center (where I took delivery), and they pushed out EAP within 20 minutes. No idea why they would say it takes a week.

Yep. I was also told the new standard for NC is home delivery. You will have a couple of days to report any issues, and then you can schedule time to have any issues corrected. I keep telling myself that we are the testers for Tesla learning how to do mass deliveries. This forum is a great place...
