Previously drove a 1995 Ford Bronco with lift kit, so I'd say it was definitely worth the wait. If they only kept you up to date on the delivery after you purchase the car, it would have been perfectly fine ... but they don't ... at all.

I don't feel like calling around had any effect on anything. They tell you that they're escalating your call to their management, but that doesn't seem to mean anything. The next time you call you basically have to tell them again all the steps you have already gone through and how your ISA...

Wish me luck, they say I can pick up the car today in a little over an hour! Only 51 days since I gave them a $60,000+ interest free loan.

After calling 3 different places this morning, I finally found someone who could tell me that the car is IN Austin, but that my delivery date is next Tuesday, so they'll see me then. Ummmm. No. Do better.

For no reason whatsoever, the delivery date has been pushed back 3 times. This one has nothing to do with financing as I paid in full 50 days ago. The VIN was assigned 60 days ago. Just a warning that Tesla has the absolute most abysmal customer service I've ever dealt with. They make Spectrum...

At this point I am beyond irate with their lack of customer service. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with, and by far the biggest purchase outside my house. I wouldn't even put up with this level of service from McDonalds.

Same, three delays, except the only reason I've been given is "it hasn't left the holding area yet". Worst consumer experience ever. They've managed to ruin a very exciting purchase.

Meanwhile I'm at the 44 day mark since full payment was processed on a Nov. '16 order. Tesla has the absolute worst customer service I've ever seen in my life.
