Just also spotted, that tesla have taken the lease payment from my account this morning - but 2 days earlier than normal. Its always been the 15th previously.

Would be nice to think as a gesture of goodwill, and an apology for the inconvenience - they decide to waive my lease costs for a month... If only.

Received a similar email in the last 5 minutes, but mentions contract hire payment of £1 failing. At the moment going to assume a system issue at tesla's side, and will wait for a subsequent apology email within the next 24 hours.

Once we've overridden the amps, how do we get it to revert back to default? As I upped the charging rate at home a few nights ago from 10A to 30A. But would equally appreciate being able to reset it to default behaviour, as some of the discussions make me believe it would be bad for me to...

Will look more closely at the light colour in the morning, and perhaps more patience is required... Is it slower to go white after its gone to sleep... As I plugged it in tonight, I did a quick test and it turned white with 5 seconds of sending the unlock command. Its not been that quick in...

Not sure if it's related.. But as the weather is getting colder, I'm finding that when I get to my M3 in the morning and unlock the charging port, the cable won't freely come out of the port. I hear a click, and the light goes blue I'm having to apply some force and almost yank it out...

I started a switch earlier in the week when it was still 15p and a bit, but cause they have to temporarily put me on an interim tariff until they connect to my smets2 meter I'm concerned they won't give me the go rate at the time I started the move.

I called Tesla on 01628450660. Although, other than a roadside issue - its appears to be a Monday to Friday affair for support.

Just to help close this out. It was saying October in the app in words, and given I'd only picked it up on Thursday, Iwas fairly confident that it still had 28 or so days left. ;-) Tesla support line would also appear to be closed at weekends as well, unless you're dealing with a genuine...

Overnight, it appears that I've somehow lost premium connectivity on my new model 3. The app still reports that I have premium until the 3rd October but within the car itself it is only showing me as having standard. Have tried a screen reboot, and footbreak reboot. Any thoughts as to what...

Just picked up my new SR+ yesterday, and while I can see Spotify and TuneIn within the menus - I'm struggling to find any standard radio option that would present me with DAB radio? Does anyone know does the new SR+ include DAB radio - and am I missing something basic within the menus? Thanks.

Just had an odd email supposedly from Tesla asking me to sign an agreement via eOriginal. But looking at my account on the tesla site, I don't have any outstanding actions to complete (it's a lease from Tesla direct). It feels like a phishing email - but wondered if anyone has seen anything...

Do you know if that holds true for leases direct from Tesla as well? Collecting mine next month, and would be good to not have an additional monthly cost!

I don't have an issue in accepting that a printed manual will go out of date, although I question how much is actually changing from one edition to the next. As a reference style document, personally I don't find it that easy working with that type of material on a tablet, phone, kindle etc.
