    Received a similar email in the last 5 minutes, but mentions contract hire payment of £1 failing. At the moment going to assume a system issue at tesla's side, and will wait for a subsequent apology email within the next 24 hours.

    Not sure if it's related.. But as the weather is getting colder, I'm finding that when I get to my M3 in the morning and unlock the charging port, the cable won't freely come out of the port. I hear a click, and the light goes blue I'm having to apply some force and almost yank it out...

    I started a switch earlier in the week when it was still 15p and a bit, but cause they have to temporarily put me on an interim tariff until they connect to my smets2 meter I'm concerned they won't give me the go rate at the time I started the move.

    Overnight, it appears that I've somehow lost premium connectivity on my new model 3. The app still reports that I have premium until the 3rd October but within the car itself it is only showing me as having standard. Have tried a screen reboot, and footbreak reboot. Any thoughts as to what...
