    Just also spotted, that tesla have taken the lease payment from my account this morning - but 2 days earlier than normal. Its always been the 15th previously.

    Received a similar email in the last 5 minutes, but mentions contract hire payment of £1 failing. At the moment going to assume a system issue at tesla's side, and will wait for a subsequent apology email within the next 24 hours.

    Not sure if it's related.. But as the weather is getting colder, I'm finding that when I get to my M3 in the morning and unlock the charging port, the cable won't freely come out of the port. I hear a click, and the light goes blue I'm having to apply some force and almost yank it out...

    I started a switch earlier in the week when it was still 15p and a bit, but cause they have to temporarily put me on an interim tariff until they connect to my smets2 meter I'm concerned they won't give me the go rate at the time I started the move.

    I called Tesla on 01628450660. Although, other than a roadside issue - its appears to be a Monday to Friday affair for support.

    Just to help close this out. It was saying October in the app in words, and given I'd only picked it up on Thursday, Iwas fairly confident that it still had 28 or so days left. ;-) Tesla support line would also appear to be closed at weekends as well, unless you're dealing with a genuine...

    Just picked up my new SR+ yesterday, and while I can see Spotify and TuneIn within the menus - I'm struggling to find any standard radio option that would present me with DAB radio? Does anyone know does the new SR+ include DAB radio - and am I missing something basic within the menus? Thanks.

    Printed tesla owners manual

    I don't have an issue in accepting that a printed manual will go out of date, although I question how much is actually changing from one edition to the next. As a reference style document, personally I don't find it that easy working with that type of material on a tablet, phone, kindle etc.
