Doesn’t mean anything. It is asking you yes or no. If you send in a VIN and mileage you get a quote good for 30 days or 1,000 miles. I responded, got a quote, accepted, but my quote expired a month ago. Not going to trade now.

It seems that way. I'm still puzzled/frustrated by all my EDD changes, including accordion-like expansion and contraction of my date ranges. I've had 14 day ranges, 10- and 12-day ranges, and now a 30-day range. I've been within the range four times only to have it shot out from under me.

I agree with you completely. You were misled and inconvenienced by Tesla’s poor customer service. Great technology, but lousy customer service. (I better not call their poor communications with customers what it is, arrogance, as it might upset some of Elon’s fanboys.)

I don't think they know either. The safest and easiest response is to say Intel because it lowers expectations and if you get the Ryzen you won't care your SA is lazy. Just my two cents.
