If you had AP/NoAP active and it was wanting to change into that lane then it would indicate the lane was not clear to do so. If you were driving and had your turn signal on then again it is indicating the lane was not clear due to the red car on your display.

Currently the only option is to pull the USB and pull it up on a computer. There are a couple threads on here talking about setting DIY access using raspberry/Pi computer but there is no way via Tesla or 3rd party option.

The roads in the Keys are not what current AP is setup for. The roads there are more like two lane country roads in many areas including the one in the pictures. As Tesla has said many times over.
