a few days ago, 10/15 I spoke w/ a Tesla employee and original owner of a Tesla P90D I want to buy. I asked if he can get the car upgraded to Ludicrous prior to my buying, he checked and said "all ludicrous upgrades have ended" WTH?

what is the reason for that? If customers willing to pay, WTH?
