If you have USS and Park Assist is always disabled then the sensor or controller is broken, so get Tesla to fix it. Camera calibration won't help as they aren't used for Park Assist with USS cars.

To avoid confusion, this is Park Assist... Just the beepy beep proximity sensing to assist manual parking. What you seem to be talking about is Autopark, aka self-parking. Autopark has not yet been restored to any vehicles without ultrasonic sensors, either HW3 or HW4.

If you have a '21 then you still have ultrasonic sensors (USS) so your Park Assist should work just fine like everyone else's. To be clear, Park Assist is the beepy beeps and distance indicating lines when reversing and manual parking, aka parking sensors. If yours doesn't ever work, get Tesla...
