I can confirm that the Black MXP in Fremont is the one I passed one. For folks who are less picky, this did have pretty good panel fitment and FWD alignment. Some folks may not notice the paint defects either.

Agree here. I have sold several Teslas over the years and the actual model year has had no bearing on resale. Tesla does not operate like most car manufacturers.

The paint defects I'm used too, and I was planning on wrapping a different color. The gloss black trim could be adjusted. When we had a 2020 MXP a few years back, FWD doors typically need minor adjustments a few times a year, but have never looked that bad.

Turns out they cannot adjust the FWD without affecting the rest of the door and disrupting functionality. I know the General Manager at the Fremont delivery center and he had his service manager and lead techs advise. Likely rejecting this VIN. Hopefully that gets someone else a car sooner!

I have seen reviews. Not a big fan of the style personally. I love the iX but it’s too early. I like the e tron but range is poor. The MYP is not perfect but it’s got a lot of positives. And it provides a lot of flexibility alongside the horrendous gas mileage of the X5M :)
