A thing I’ve noticed is the reported amount of charge is wrong. Last night it correctly charged from 50 to 60% but the Tesla app said “20% add in last charging session”. I might try the Tesla mate app.

No, it added 11 Kwh during my four hour off peak. (7Kw Tesla). I don’t think I’ve ever used any third party apps.

I did change the password and its charged to 60% overnight. I don’t know if its that or if Tesla has done something remotely, they have not got back to me yet. how does changing the password help?

Found the culprit. Charge Port Not Latched it’s not me, it happens too often.

Too late, I’ve done a factory reset. The car is at 45% will charge to 60% at 0030.

It is an early wall connector, I don’t think it has any smart features at all.

I think you may be on to something. I added Mrs Mick to drivers profile two months ago and it started playing up then. What I intend to do is: Delete both iPhones Factory reset the car Reinstall the phones bit drastic, but will eliminate software issues.

Just checked, it’s still showing “other” in charge stats. Will check other profiles

Same issue. Octopus Go, Tesla dumb charger. In the app charging section it shows all the charging I’ve done at home to be “Other”. It’s not recognizing home. Exclude home is checked. edit. A restart of the app and car, will check tomorrow.

Plenty of research to do on the suggested. None seem to do what Centtrip does, allow currency purchases when the pound spikes. Looks like you have to accept the exchange rate at time of purchase.

I use a payment card issued by Centtrip pre loaded with £s and euros, this has work very well for years paying for Supercharging in UK and Europe, Centtrip have just informed me that they will no longer support individual accounts and to close the account. Any suggestions for a replacement that...

It would cost Tesla nothing to transfer FSD to a new purchase, as anyone who initially had it would never get stung again by paying again would they? having said that, I have bought EAP for the Y which I’m generally happy with.

When i traded my 3 in for a Y, I had a whinge about not being able to transfer FSD to the Y and was told the trade in offer made allowance for FSD on the 3. whether that is true, I don’t know.

I charge mainly at home and cover the DC connectors with tape to keep dust out.
