As for why Tesla does not want you to use windshield treatments, this is on page 135 of the manual: Caution: Do not use windshield treatment fluids. Doing so can interfere with wiper friction and cause a chattering sound.

The model 3 had the most damage by far. Another way of looking at it is the Model 3 caught on fire in the garage and owner managed to back it out onto driveway where it continued to burn. It’s parked at a bit of an angle on the driveway... frantic reverse summon? :|

Thanks for this. Powered down the vehicle completely and turned back on and the app still didn’t work. So I disabled wifi on the car and the app connected immediately once the car was using LTE. And now that I’ve reenabled wifi, the app is connecting fine.
