My new ‘raven’ model X is in today for a clicking/knocking noise from front suspension at low speeds. Will update once they diagnose.

I took delivery of a new 'raven' Model X 8 days ago. For 5 days I have had the following error message. Went to SC today, they didn't know what it was or how to fix. Need to leave the car with them next week. Anyone else with this issue?

Update: I got my MX on 23rd May. I got a call the evening before from the delivery centre the night before asking if it was still ok to deliver at the tentative delivery time. This was after I had spoken 3 times to the Nevada centre that day and all of them told me it would be delayed. Up...

They have told me that the car is here in Houston and has been since May 15!

No, absolutely no communication, they have all the money and delivery scheduled tomorrow but unlikely to happen. I’ve called 4 times in the last couple of days and they just tell me my delivery advisor will reach out, which he doesn’t.

Call them, I waited for updates and it turned out the car was already produced. The updates process is not consistent. My delivery is scheduled in 2 days and still don’t have a delivery advisor!!

Update - turns out mine was actually in Texas when the VIN was issued. So they have been building and shipping them before releasing the VIN. The contract should be put in at the same time but one wasn't. If you see the VIN I suggest calling to get them to push through the contract.

So I woke up to an email telling me to complete the next steps. Went to Tesla Account and still said 'preparing your contract'. I called the main Tesla number and asked where my contract was given delivery is scheduled for Tuesday. She said that delivery will likely slip because I hadn't made...

My referral code reappeared on my new order yesterday, I cancelled and re-ordered on 24th (1st day of refreshed model X). Seems to be a pattern. Look forward to hearing when those who got their referral code a few days ago get their VIN. It looks like they are working through the orders.

Agree, the process has changed. The 3 day cancellation period has gone and if the 7 day period is still being followed there's no communication on it.

I am using UFCU, having seen good reviews on these forums. The loan officer was fantastic. Likewise, just need the contract but the contract has the VIN number in it so the hold up with the contract is the VIN.

I ordered on the same day but with no trade in. I have heard nothing on VIN either so I don’t think your trade-in is affecting the timing. I think they received a lot of orders after the refresh.
