Ya I’d just drop it off without an appt if you can. It’s gonna be a while too. They offered Uber credits but no loaner sadly. Have been without a car since the 5th but am happy to report they are replacing the HV battery.

I think the poster meant along the lines of the owner was arrested at some point after he or she started charging the car. All speculation of course.

I’m sure he or she doesn’t even care about the car to leave it like that.

My M3P with < 80k miles is in diagnostics right now for the BMS_a066. They’ve had the car for 3 days so far, and just learned the diagnostic is taking longer than expected and they are keeping it for another 5 days at minimum.

The wait time sounds about right. I recently had to wait 3 weeks for an alignment and to replace a squeaking upper control arm. I’m pretty sure the bumper replacement is done by a tech and not a body shop since it’s just popping one off and putting the new one on.

Always been a Covercraft shade fan for all of my cars. I always loved the custom fit and the sharp look of the folds through the windshield. I frequently get asked where I bought it if they didn't notice the name in the bottom corner.
