I've lived in New England for 45 years. I have never done anything to my brakes for winter, and my brakes haven't ever had any problems. I have friends in town that have Teslas that are older than mine that also haven't ever done anything to their brakes, and theirs are fine.

What's even more infuriating is that they put new front tires on the car in September and never mentioned anything about the brakes.

@ShawnA - yeah, trailers are a PITA if I ever want to like... back up, or park in a normal spot. Not nearly as handy as a folding bike rack. But... definitely requires less welding than the other option :)

4 people and 4 sets of clubs will fit in any of the seating configurations just fine. For the 6 or 7, fold down the back seats and you effectively have a 5 (or 4) seater with plenty of trunk space.

Is it the same battery? I don't think so. I think it's a 75kw battery vs the long range 100kw. If I *could* unlock it for 2k I would absolutely do that. We ordered in June, but they couldn't get the car to us until July, so we didn't even get the better rebate, unfortunately.

That would be super handy, right now my 6 and 8 year old have to push with all their might to move them. I mean, they slide, but definitely not on their own, and way less easily than I would expect given that there's a mechanical latch that detaches first.

VIN just assigned to our white 75D X w/ cream interior. Delivery this coming weekend, sounds like. Can't wait. For comparison, we've been driving a base model 2011 F150 Crew Cab that gets about 16mpg and doesn't even have cruise control.

My other vehicle is an F150, and it would be nice to be able to reuse some of the hitch mount stuff I have for it, plus maybe bringing a kayak trailer on vacation. I have a Raven X 75D on order, and I'm not sure if I have to ask for a tow package or not.
