Question about FSD Beta "stacks", cabin camera, & sensitivity

I see a lot of posts about how sensitive the inside cabin camera is when using the newer FSD Beta. Does the same "sensitivity" apply to both street AND highway driving? From what I understand, they are different "stacks", so I'm curious if FSD on the highway is the same experience it's always...

Speculation: Gen4 will be a robotaxi for under $30k

Digging up this old thread for 2 reasons: 1) I had a conference call this week with @DaveT 's brother who pointed out Dave's youtube channel (which I've now subscribed ;) ) which lead me to looking through @DaveT 's threads here on TMC 2) Reading through this thread and thinking about the Model...

I know, old thread... but wow, a lot of this was implemented exactly as described!

    Referral time limit

Same question! I'm VERY surprised they don't clearly state on the app or website (account) when the miles expire.

    Thanks, good to know!

    Mobile Connector Temp Hot Temperature

Thanks! Yeah, I took temps all the way from end to end... at the car port, up the cable, to the outlet, to the breaker, then sub-panel, then main panel at the "pigtail" coming into my home at the main. Everything read 70 - 80 except for the UMC.

    Mobile Connector Temp Hot Temperature

Yeah, I'm wondering if this is normal, and sounds like it is. I'm now wondering at what temps should people be concerned / worried.

    Mobile Connector Temp Hot Temperature

Mobile charger connected to 14-50 plug and limited to 22 amps and the connector (at the adapter) is 102 degrees. I'm guessing this is pretty normal, but thought I'd pull out my meter to check anyway. Ambient temp outside is 70 degrees.

How to talk to Google Assistant?

Hey @ai4px I can't find the buttons that you're referring to. Any links or specific search terms I can use to find a good option? Thanks!

Get some Sense... [sense monitoring solution]

Glad I found this thread! I loved the idea of a Sense monitor the first time I heard about it a few years ago... but wasn't convinced it was ready for prime-time use. Now that it's been a few years, I'm curious how people are liking it? If I get one, I'd want it with the solar monitor addon...

Can anyone actually get summon to work at all?

I'm having very similar problems as discussed here... VERY unreliable summon into and out of my garage. First, it takes a bunch of attempts to "connect to car". Then, once I get the forward / reverse buttons, I attempt an action, and 1/2 of the time nothing happens. The other 1/2 of the time...

    TeslaFi.com

I just stumbled on this thread and I can't believe this is basically where TeslaFi started... and just 3 years ago! Setting up the app was one of the very first things I did, and I'm addicted to all the data and features!!! Thanks @Jdeck and everyone else that's contributed. I've just signed up...

    Help with Sentry/Music SSD USB?

I hooked up my inline USB V and A meter with my SSD and USB connector and saw a super tiny amount of current being used (0.09 A). While writing and reading to the drive, the largest draw I could see was 0.25 Amps.

TeslaFi and TripB indicate different consumption

Wow, this was a great read, thanks guys! I came in here looking for info because over the past 600 miles I have the following: In car shows 251 Wh/mi Teslafi shows 159 Wh/Mile ?!?! o_O After reading through this thread, I went into my TeslaFi settings to look at the "kWh & Wh/m(km) Factor"...

    Help with Sentry/Music SSD USB?

Anyone still rocking a Pi Zero W smart drive for TeslaCam on Sentry Mode?

Yeah, I'm even a little techy and have been known to do some command-line access into my webhost... but anything Pi related (and the other bits in this thread) feel even way over my head. How hard would it be for someone to purchase a case-load of these, image them all with the same code, and...

Anyone still rocking a Pi Zero W smart drive for TeslaCam on Sentry Mode?

Fascinating thread / discussion! ... now I sit and wait for all the nerds that are WAY smarter than me to package the Pi already configured with the proper software, and then sell these things direct that are plug-n-play ;) Ideally, it would just connect to my wifi once I get home and dump all...

Red Model 3 & Showing Dirt

Yup, another "which color to buy" post (sorry). I'm really struggling with my 1st world problem of which color to get. White is totally not going to work for me. GF wants me to get black, but I live on a dirt road and don't wash my car a lot. All my other cars have been "practical"...
