Which Model Y AWD would you get? (Factory/Engine/Options/Etc)

I use Model Y long range with standard 18" aero tires. I had a 2019 Model 3, compared to it the Y offers me better rides. I do have a long commute and the ride comfort was the reason for to switch over from Model 3 to Y.

SR LFP, would you get a residence charger in my case?

Having a charger at home charger gives you the flexibility of charging any time. In addition, you could schedule charging when the electricity rate is lower, usually at the middle of the night, depending on your electricity plan and provider.

Autopilot through highway 17 to Santa Cruz!

I know this is an older thread -- but I do use Highway 17 for work on my Model 3 and I use almost all the time the AP. It works for the most part except for some pick ups who have no concept of a lane during the curves and at a couple places where the lanes are not properly marked due to...

Blog NTSB to Vote Next Month on Cause of Fatal Tesla Autopilot Crash

The arguments seems right to me as I do experience similar behavior from drivers. Many drivers, in my opinion, either do not know the basic rules of defensive driving or taking it for granted the other driver would pay attention to and avoid accidents.

Blog Tesla Publishes ‘Getting Back to Work’ Plan

Good to see that Tesla plans to resume manufacturing operations at the Fremont facility. As a company a young and growing company, Tesla will need to do everything to get the manufacturing operations to the full potential. Of course nobody will argue against providing adequate attention to its...

Things my wife said about Navigate on Autopilot tonight

I agree with most comments here. I find Tesla 3 autopilot is great, I use it quiet a bit everyday; however, it lacks the intuition a human driver has. Therefore, often it takes time to adjust to actions that are being taken by a vehicle ahead of you. I find it's particularly a bit annoying when...
