As of yesterday morning and evening, Strathmore OOS per the car's nav and app - temporary closure. People were reporting on facebook that they were getting very slow charging before that. Might be a hiccup in the rollout.

They have to start somewhere...and starting at a multiple of what they need is just that. They can dab one in the middle after the fact. Getting some people partway to their destination is worse (as nobody, even lr can make it if you just branch from one direction). Putting them every 90-120...

Seems a bit silly...would be nice to service the electronicals without blocking charging spots...I suppose?

I think the distances have to get skinnier with the SR variant as well as Canuckistan winters...Instead of every 90 minutes on the highway it seems they are going for 45-60

Fair point. Choosing 'Tesla' doesn't, but choosing "supercharger" does.

Plugshare literally pops up an error saying not to add superchargers as soon as you choose plug type 'supercharger'.

If you attempt to make it a Tesla Supercharger - the website tells you "please do not enter superchargers. We administrate that on this end". That's not an inaccuracy. You put in a destination charger where a supercharger is going.

I came back to chime in - Dad (in mh) tells me that they are installing equipment on the pillars now, suspect the transformer. He's not good with tech so it may take a day to get him instructed on emailing a picture. Will advise HYPE!

I'm really hoping they're up by winter...I have plenty of trips to Medicine Hat where this will be vital!

Welcome to the club :D I am routinely blown away by my LR AWD and how it (was) the 'affordable' tesla...absolutely crushing every sports car we previously had (porsche, corvette, nissan, etc) No compare. Coming from virtually any affordable ICE to a SR+ will be a welcome upgrade :D Turn...

Finally signed up to TMC to add - was there a few days ago. No sign of construction in any of the Strachan areas. By my math it should be over by the Starbucks but nothing yet :'(
