I was having this problem on 2019.32.11 It would swerve-abort-retry about 75% of lane changes. Now fixed 100% with 2019.32.11.1!

I've read (from that Tesla hacker, GreenTheOnly) that those bug reports only record/upload menu settings and do NOT record or upload any video nor autopilot data. Maybe it's different on V10 though, I'll give it a try.
