I’ve done a ton of resets at this point and I still have that issue. I’m ignoring it at the moment since the door is the bigger problem. Has it returned after any software upgrades? SC told me a software update fixes it.

Hopefully my final update. Got my Tesla back late today. SC said the door shut as soon as they got the car and the could not recreate the problem. They looked at the logs and confirmed I wasn’t making the issue up. They changed out the door sensors so hopefully that solves the problem. Time will...

Spoke too soon. Driver’s FWD won’t close again this morning. Roadside is sending a truck again to town it down to the SC... Not sure what they did to “fix” it last time, but it obviously didn’t work.

Oh, forgot to mention. The SC said if the radio issue returns, hit the voice button on the steering wheel and say “bug report.” Apparently it will mark the logs so Tesla can look at exactly what was going on when it happened.
