I have a 2018 Tesla M3 with EAP and a 2020 MY with full self driving. So far I find I use the EAP functions all the time on trips and rarely if ever see any benefit for the features coming/here in FSD. I'd save the $4000 and wait to see if FSD ever lives up to the promised potential someday.

It appears to be the back of the hitch compartment. It feels solid behind it perhaps the bumper. While it looks like a door, I do not think it has access to anything. It appears the the plastic underbody cowling attaches to it.
