Until a recent update, I could schedule charging to start at 12 am. I no longer have that option. I have to enter a "departure time". If I knew how long the charging took, I could count back and enter a reasonable time, but why can't I just have it charge at midnight?

I have a minor dent and a minor scratch on my 7 month old Model 3. I am a mile from a Tesla service center, but they do not respond. Does anyone have a recommendation?

I thought I got a VIN, but apparently not. It was a long number and I can't find it now. Probably was an RN. I'm new at this, obviously. Tesla doesn't help you much when you are buying a car. I've never had an email from them, I see changes only when I go to the website. And my SA is useless.

Thanks, everyone, that makes things a bit clearer. I will call their 800 number and find out. Puppers, I did change the color, but then got a VIN, and after that I couldn't change it, which is fine.

My Tesla contact is not responsive, so I'm asking here. I logged on to the Tesla website to see the status of my order, and see that they want a nonrefundable $100 "Today." Do they not know I have already paid them $2500 to reserve a car? Is this extortion? And is there a way to get a different...

I test-drove a Model 3 yesterday and am probably going to buy one. My biggest worry while driving is that I can't see any of the hood, and don't know where the right edge of the car is. It's 2" wider than my current car, but that doesn't help much. Do you get used to this? Thanks!
