Man I wish they’d do something. I’m stuck on the outside myself. Got fsd and updated cams. No software. This beyond sucks. I envy you for having .10 , but I’m sure not having update really is horrible. Hope the class actions start flying!!

Only about 20 cars got it back in December. That one version got recalled 3 weeks later. Nothing since and everyone else has been locked out

Damn, I got a late 2016 hw3 mcu1 car as well. Got fsd and can’t get it without a mcu2 upgrade. I’d almost rather pay anyone else to upgrade it at this point. Is there anyone that can install a mcu2 upgrade beside tesla in the nyc, Hudson Valley area??

I have a hw3 fsd cpu with mcu1. The interface seems to make my screen reboot alot. It’s also messing with my rear view cam. It’s kinda dangerous because I can’t see when it happens. Don’t know if it’s the hw3 and mcu1 combo because this didn’t happen with my old pre-ap car. It worked just fine...

I have a nvx subwwoofer and amp for a model s. Also have the beatsonic hdmi switcher as well for mcu1 cars. Works great to add anything hdmi. Xbox, fire stick or Apple TV. Whatever you’d like. $500 nego for everything. Pickup only in upstate ny.

If someone sent you a mcu2. How much do you charge to program it?

Oh ok. I assume you saw the article on doing this. He basically saying it’s hard to get the toolbox program to transfer the info. He got lucky and someone gave him a version that happened to work with the mcu an older mcu2 he got. I retrofit MCU2, IC2, Tuner2, and FSD Computer into my HW2.0 Car

Have you found a way to transfer the info from a used mcu2 to work on a mcu1 car and get it to function properly.

I wish we could. It has to be programmed by tesla to my knowledge. Physically changing the mcu is the easy part. I pulled the mcu and upgraded to lte in my old s85. Not too hard. But if y’all figure this out let me know. Tesla cheating mcu1 fsd. I hope someone figures this out!!

There’s quite a few of us. They have beta to a few people back in dec and Jan but that’s about it. Very few people got it so this is far from delivered. This is rediculous

Many of us are locked out and just need the update to get in. Unfortunately tesla seems to be using this recall as cover while they keep releasing new update to mcu2 and above cars. Mcu1 has to get an update eventually, but when. Who knows!! This is rediculous tho. Too many games being played...

This sucks. Everybody is getting updates. But a lot of complaints in recent builds. Don’t think we’ll get it till they get a more solid build.

Seems the 11.3 is rolling out but mainly to the YouTubers that brag about beta. No telling when we’ll get another release on mcu1. Even people on mcu2 are complaining.

Nothing. They gave me .11 it doesn’t contain fsd beta. It’s another basic update. Hope they about to give us something after v11.3 comes out. I think that’s where we’re heading. But for now .10 is the only update that has beta. So the wait still continues unless you get .10

Did you get you r cameras upgraded yet? I pressed the button in around in early December. Got the email to upgrade cams jan17th. I have them done but I still don’t have beta yet.

Wow. Great work everyone. I’d love to upgrade my 2016 tan interior to white. Hopefully I can do this one day. Looks kinda complicated but doable. Wondering from Start to finish. About how long does this takes to do the front 2 seats. Hopefully someone in the ny area does this upgrade soon.

I tested a friends p100d with mcu2. It wasn’t that bad. Only went for a short ride so there’s plenty more to see. But I’ll have to see how it’s performing on mcu1 when I get my car out the sc from getting cameras upgraded and other work done. Still was on .8 and I requested the lasted software...

I hope it goes quick for me. My car is still in the shop. But cameras got done Saturday. The tech thinks I likely need halfshafts and I have a ongoing coolant issue so that’s stuff is getting sorted out as well. A little longer wait but better to make sure my car and suspension is good as can be...

Just got my camera invite. Since I already got an appt. I messaged my sc and sent them the email. Now they’re going to put them in. Look out and check y’all inboxes.

Yeah I seen they lost in court on that already. I actually sent an article to my sc on that And told them to fix my inoperable browser on mcu1 or upgrade it free. Appt on the 26th. We’ll see what they do but I doubt I get an upgrade.

I have been requesting cameras since last summer. Had several sc appointments for another issue. Requested cams at least 3 times at two different centers. Even tried it through the upgrade section of the app. They still won’t do it. Hoping to find someone in the ny area that got them done...

They still won’t do my cams. How did you get them to do it. I guess it depends on sc. I’ve seen a few people get them, but not many. I think those 2018’s on mcu1 got the right cams. I could be wrong.

Could imagine. I think we’ll have reduced visuals if any at all. From what I understand. Beta still works even when the mcu and ic are rebooting. Is that true? You have beta, so I have to take your word on that.
