Can someone take a pic of the text notification arriving on a UK M3 please ? Nothing anywhere looks out of place and I’ve also disabled “Do Not Disturb” on my phone... is it a feature that’s not truly a feature yet ?

I’ve had the 2019.45.50.7 update in my SR+ M3 based in the UK for what must be a couple of weeks now. Voice control for me is still very hit and miss, the long list of commands that is out there literally has one or two that work. I don’t get any notifications with incoming SMS to my phone...

There’s a setting in the YouTube app that allows you to change the region...

My voice commands improved with time. Totally non existent response when first updated, but now almost perfect a day later

It could quite easily be set up as an opt in feature. Look at the “Find my Friends” feature of the iOS world. You could actively agree to share your cars location with chosen friends or other people like club members.

Tesla have told me mine is on the Dong And my collection is schedule for Thursday next week at Edinburgh. How they’ll manage I have no idea. I’m very sceptical at this point. I presume they go on another boat to Grimsby and then up to Edinburgh on transporters. Fingers and everything else...

my finance company person appears to be on the ball. They sent an email to me last week stating I had been VIN matched and the car was inbound onboard the Dong a Glaucos.

That sir is the best news I’ve had today ;-) all kicked off by a live chat with Patrick from Tesla somewhere who fixed a typo on email for my account which instantly added my reservation and subsequently revealed my VIN. Happy days. :-)

Interesting car was ordered 18th October. If the VIN is allocated does that suggest it’s on its way ?

I’ve just had my VIN revealed as per attached image. Does a 481 number signify anything ? There’s lots of comments of numbers in the 500+ range. No delivery date as of yet but sitting patiently waiting to go.
