I’m sure this has been asked multiple times, but when searching I’ve found multiple answers and they seem to be from over a year ago so wondered if the method had changed. what shall I do to set up my wife’s phone for our new model 3? Create her a new Tesla account or just log in using my account?

Sorry am I right in thinking this unit replaces the earth rod? I presume it’s a much easier install? I shall recommend this to my electrician.

Had and electrician out to check my drive to install a Pod-Point charger. He’s not done many chargers before and seems to think all ev chargers need an earth rod. I thought the Pod-Point doesn’t need one, but the electrician questioned whether Tesla would insist on home chargers to have one...

I'm guessing I'm in the same boat as you (excuse the pun) Was never told which boat, but considering I didn't get my VIN until 26th Jan, and I've heard nothing, not text etc. Surely we HAVE to be in the Grand mark, as our cars would have existed at the time they dropped?

Depends when in Oct, I ordered mine 15th Oct (although we need to keep it down a little - I think there are others waiting longer!) I'm hoping mine is on the Challenge - but had no confirmation, just the VIN timings make sense.

How do we tell which ships take the M3s from Zee to Southampton, even once they do leave? Does a vehicle carrier replace the challenge in the same spot? How can we tell they weren’t whipped straight onto the Olympian highway or being driven round to the AUTOPREMIER?

Yeah see Mr. M's post 927. Olympian Highway is set to be in Southampton tomorrow so might be too short notice, and AUTOPREMIER is headed to grimsby which might be a possibility!

Bear in mind the cosmos dropping Tesla’s in Southampton is out of the ordinary. Not the other way round, so I’m pretty sure challenge will have RHD cars on. They’ll just get transferred to the uk on another boat/s. Also not that Tesla call centre staff are the most clued up, but some have been...
