I also just got my M3 back today with exactly the same fault repaired. Your turnaround was much quicker than mine despite being towed from Aberdeen whereas I was towed around 10 miles and days earlier. Out of interest what warranty issues have you had?

Edinburgh Service Centre currently working on my M3. Not figured out the issue yet but similar to you I'm driving Model X P100D which is impressive but a bit big for my liking.

The same issue happened to me on Saturday afternoon which I previously posted. Car with Edinburgh Service Centre. No updates as yet but I'm currently driving a courtesy Model X so am pretty chilled about it.
