Exactly the same has happened to me - car's been showing in my account since delivery in March - disappeared today and miles also not showing in the loot box! lease too - very odd

Text came from Auto xp but is headed up Tesla. Delivery driver told me they were delivering 600 cars a week but have a pretty big backlog due to the ships backing up earlier in the year. The text contains tracking details but that wasn't enabled.

Car arrived at around 5.30 got held up at Cribbs supercharger waiting for 2 model S's to depart. All good though but will give it a proper check this morning.

Mine is now nearly 2 hours overdue with no contact going to call them and see what's going on!

Yeah it said Chris no sign of him yet though!

Text arrived at 11.20 today tracking says car is still at the depot which is 2.45 hours away and delivery window ends at 14.15!

Did the tracking link work from the text as apparently the car hasn't left yet but is due to be delivered in the next 2 hours but is 2.45 hours away!

No confirmation text for me yesterday about delivery due today but spoke to autoxp this morning and the car will be delivered today between midday and early afternoon.

No text for me so I guess the wait goes on!

For Tesla Direct there are 3 bases across the Country Southampton, Chipping Warden and Carlisle. Leasing company sent me a message saying it was in Chipping Warden. I guess your base would be Southampton as the aim to have a maximum of 150 miles from each base to deliver the car

Guess work really as Lex told me it was being delivered from Chipping Warden and that's where autoxp are based. Found the website emailed them and they responded on a Sunday said they'd speak to Tesla who confirmed my details shortly after via email and a phone call. Should be loaded onto autoxp...

Delivery company for me is autoxp they said I would get at least 48 hours notice via text and then a tracking email on delivery day. Nothing through for me today though.

Just had a call from Pawel at Tesla confirming delivery on Thursday. Apparently I shouldn't be seeing delivery details in my account as an Enterprise customer. They only have delivery slots available on Thursday and Friday of this week left now.

Spoke to the delivery company and they don't have me listed for delivery tomorrow so they will speak to Tesla tomorrow to get it sorted. New appointment in for Thursday now so will see what happens bit messy to be honest but not a big issue!

I've had a delivery appointment at my home in my account for two weeks. It says it will be delivered tomorrow at 3.30. Zero contact from anyone to me. When I chase, lease company (Lex) say it's down to Tesla, Tesla say it should come tomorrow but that may change. Not feeling particularly...

Oops fat fingers on the last one sorry! So I have a delivery appointment in my Tesla account for Monday @ 3.30 all confirmed with Lex but haven't received a Text which number do you call - would be good to get confirmation that it's actually going to happen!

In the same position as you my Tesla account says delivery at 3.30 p.m. on Monday, confirmed by Lex and Tesla on the phone but no text yet!

Good to know all I have is the delivery appointment in my Tesla account nothing from Lex despite me telling them twice that I have been notified! Will get onto both in the morning.

My delivery address changed from Bristol to my home address over the weekend too so your post makes sense of that now I'm with Lex. No date yet for delivery or window!

Messaged them today I have a Hidden Vin and they switched delivery from Birmingham to Bristol second half of February so no delay by switching which was great

SR+ White/black ordered Late September hidden Vin finally appeared today. Company car via Lex which may have something to do with the long lead time

Ordered SR+ end of September no hidden vin yet. Proper lottery around allocation although company car so suspect not prioritised but very frustrating!
