I received the update last night but the installation failed. It said to wait for a new download. Currently 2021.44.30.21

I did a power off, waited 3 mins and then pressed brake and opened the door to power on. Beta now working. Model S

Powering off the car worked for me. Also Model S.

Ditto today for me too. After being 98 and under for over a month I did a score reset on Sat and kept a 99 until the drop today. No FSD enabled yet. But no safety score either, so, regardless, I'm overjoyed to be finally free to drive normally again.

Yup. Make sure you get the same size. Once I sold the tempest on eBay my total outlay for the new wheels was $500 plus tire fitting.

At 6'5" my 2020 model S is a very comfortable car to drive. I have not had a single thought that my height is a issue.

Exact same issue on my March 2020 LR+. I'm ignoring it until I come across a bigger issue. It has yet to reduced the smile on my face as I floor it after a stop light.

I used Tesbros pre cut chrome delete and was very pleased with the result. All instructions are by videos on YouTube. The kit came with two sets in the box in case of a mistake. And I replacing the Tempest wheels while I was at it.

That was my car. I've given up on the Tempest wheels and bought some ebay gloss black slipstream instead. Plus DIY chrome delete, much better.

Beyond Compare does a pretty good job of doing a diff on PDFs if that helps.

Yes. In my experience most sites will let you log in with Google on the existing email/password account as long as it's based on the same Google email.

I got it to work by logging into TMC on the in car browser using Google credentials. YouTube is browser based too so once you do that it should work. But I quickly realized it also enables access to my Gmail and other Google apps. I kind of cherish that data so I have since deleted the account...

The tech explained to me that the 335 was the pack SOC (State of Charge) not the rated range. They did ask me at one point if the 2020.12 update changed my rated range on the display to 390 but there's nowhere in the settings that I could find the rated range displayed. I'm pretty sure the...

2020.12 gets me an SOC of 185m at 51% so I'm now close to 370m at 100%. Tesla support is telling me the 390 won't kick in until "firmware update post certification" meaning EPA, whenever that is. But they are checking my pack remotely anyway. They also said that the "Model S with 19" Silver...

My guess is the LR+ model number is the programming that cannot be done OTA, but then it needs the OTA for the range increase and model name to be realized on the display. I'm still waiting for the OTA on my LR+. It still says Long Range on the display.

Thanks for the checklist. I did find some scratching on the lower trim by the rear wheel (you can see it in the my pic in the delivery delay tempest thread). They ordered the part right there and then and told me to book it in, which I have. The whole thing went very smoothly.

There's videos on YouTube that show they come on a truck. I think there was less that 5 on my delivery center pickup.

As mentioned somewhere else, the 390 range is probably a combination of firmware, hardware and the Tempest wheels. If you don't get the Tempest wheels, and have the latest hardware and firmware you will probably be South of 390 but still North of 373.

I'm waiting for my new MS and was going to ceramic coat when I receive it. But I bought some of this to polish my Volt and now I'm thinking I'll use it for the MS instead. I'm sure it's nowhere near as tough but it's a great shine and the finish feels similar to ceramic to me...
