Ha, I also noticed this at a drive through this weekend. I'll try the "Door-Ease" fix to see if that fixes it. What's the impact of driving without the hub caps? Does it affect range?

Minor update: got the invoice (free of course) which has the notes from the repairs. To Tesla's credit they acknowledged the door seal tears but noted new ones were not in stock but a mobile visit in the future could replace them.

I have my MY delivery scheduled but wanted to speak with my customer service rep to clarify some things. I see others mentioning they have conversations with their rep / concierge and I'm wondering how you get in contact with that person.
