service center said usb hub missing…fixed the charging pad issue and I assume it included the 2usb c ports as those were added.

What was the fix, so I can make sure the service center gets figured out. The mobile tech did everything but had no idea so referred to SC appt.

Tesla mobile service came to look at my wireless charging pad issue. First we confirmed rear USB’s worked…as well as the one in glovebox where’s it’s in use for usb drive for Sentry mode. He told me good luck getting the front usb outlets…said it would require a decent amount of work to rip...

Must be related to no usb chargers in center console…hopefully it will be fixed on Monday with mobile appt

Just received my new 2022 MYP today. All is well so far, except the wireless charging pad. Doesn't work...no phone case....tried both sides of the charging pad...tried different phones. I've read the charger sucks especially with any kind of phone case. Anyone else have this issue? Tesla...

No major issues visually....checked all around and under…I did see some micro scratches…probably from the protective plastic and detail job they did. 1-step paint correction and ceramic coating will knock it out. I did just report that the wireless charging pad isn't working...no case on...

MYP OD 9/6...Black/Black no tow/FSD. Latest EDD push from 11/8-11/20 to 11/11-11/22 yesterday. I get a call just now saying that my vehicle with a 2022 VIN can be delivered on Thu. 😍 Problem is it's the worst possible time... out of town on business til Thu....supposed to fly to Vegas Fri...

What was your EDD before receiving VIN?

My financing expired as well...decided to not give Tesla financing (whatever banks they do business with) my money...went with Navy Federal and they have 2.19% for 60 months...not the best but not bad. They offer 1.79 for shorter terms.

Quick update...trying to be fair to AO...I got an email late Fri saying that I should not have to go through that and that they would ensure my order gets processed the next day (even though they are closed on weekends)...maybe he meant Monday or maybe the warehouse is open on the weekend not...

OD: 9/6 have had several EDD’s pushed but window remained 28 days every time…until today where it went from 11/8-12/6 to 11/8-11/20…no vin…good sign but until I get a VIN…same thing happened in September for the EOQ push…picking up at Marina del Rey

Past orders for M3P were shipped and delivered quickly, products were great. 12-14 months later…1st order from AO for my incoming MYP placed on Monday for floor mats and roof screen…order still not fulfilled/shipped…IM’d Thu and they put in priority status and told me order would be shipped...

I'm guessing Cali MYP orders are lowest priority at this point in time. Everyone I've talked to... SA, people at Tesla store in 2 different malls...say the same thing...you'll for sure get your order by "end of year". They basically know that the majority of MYP orders in Cali/West Coast...

Still no change...SA said if I don't get assigned a VIN by tomorrow it will probably be second half of October...didn't specify why but probably because Fremont will shutdown for re-tooling.

EDD still 9/29-9/30. Hoping for a VIN by now. The odds of a delivery to SoCal by tomorrow are like 1% and an EDD push is probably 1000%.

In hopes of a dramatic EOQ push I’m still stuck with no VIN and an EDD of 9/29-9/30. MYP with an order date of 9/6. Was hoping to see how many others are in this tiny sliver of hope window with the idea of posting changes over the next 2 days. BTW delivery originally for Marina Del Ray.

My EDD 9/26-9/30…located is South Bay Area near Redondo. Got this from SA asking for an update…. We are still anticipating an end of September delivery for your Model Y! You'll receive an automated text to schedule your delivery appointment once it finishes production in the next couple days...

OD 9/6. Black on Black as well. EDD is holding at 9/21-9/30...no VIN. FWIW, SA said I would be getting a text this week. Maybe they batch the SoCal MYP black orders. Who knows really.

Thanks for the replies...I ended up pulling the trigger on 9/6 for a MYP, Black/Black, no FSD or tow. My EDD is 9/20-9/30. No VIN yet but I suspect traction will be gained this week. If it happens by 9/30 then the original estimate of 3-4 weeks will hold true.

Apparently the brand of ppf they install/use is pre cut into two pieces. Someone above mentioned that Xpel is cut into 2 pieces. They showed me their catalog and the precut pieces for another Model 3 they were preparing. I imagine there are other manufacturers where there could be 1...

Got car back today. They left the top ppf piece and installed a new bottom piece. It's much better. It's not 10/10 but way better than before. Especially the horizontal seam...the gap is negligible and blends well. The vertical seam on both sides again is much better not as noticeable...

More educated on the ppf for our Tesla Model 3's. I'll be sure to confirm and oversee the re-install. Thanks for the comments folks.

So it's normal for two-piece? When I picked up I couldn't see any of the seams...the PPF was undetectable unless you really looked. Is it supposed to shrink that much?

Similar story for me. Called SC in Orlando and they said vehicle was at Birmingham hub and would arrive on 3/20. Currently scheduled for 3/21 delivery in Orlando. Hoping it gets loaded sooner than later and gets here earlier considering the potential for COVID-19 delays.

SA said vehicle was in Missouri yesterday and should be in Birmingham soon where it will be loaded on a truck and headed to Orlando. I bet both our vehicles will be on the same truck. Im scheduled for 3/21 so I bet you get yours earlier if my theory is right.

Car on train in Oklahoma...headed to Birmingham hub to then be transferred to truck delivery to Orlando. SA said system says 3/21 arrival but he is saying most Orlando orders are coming in earlier by a few days and based on what he sees and has seen I should get it early. Any recent Orlando...
