Yeah RPM has pretty terrible customer service so I'm shying away from them now. I purchased the Tesmanian spoiler for my father's Model 3 and the fitment was perfect and paint matched perfectly (Blue) so I am confident the quality of the MY spoiler will be consistent.

I asked my SC about the 100 mile thing at delivery and they said people keep asking about it but they've never heard of it. I just had paint mis-match issues repaired no questions asked and I got my car in June and have 5k miles on it. I think it depends on your SC.

Mine is like that too. It was damaging the door panel. They ended up replacing the door panel but the dash still looks off and my door is no longer flush on the exterior. I guess I'll have to try again...

I agree, the polishing is more important on an older car. I have done this to most new cars I get and the heat and floss with goo gone or a plastic razor blade and goo gone works great, followed by a quick wash of the area to remove goo gone and some quick detailer.
