Just received my Model Y VIN - delivery Sept24th Blue/Black/LR/19 LRW Y H C E K 0 N C All the into I can find suggests the highlighted C indicates 3 rows of seat restraints.... Has anyone in the UK got a Y with the C in the VIN?

Can confirm that recirculation is a terrible idea (at least in the UK) for visibility. Even in completely dry clothes, 30miles into a journey, and even in relatively dry outside weather, putting recirc on for any length of time will lead to dense fogging.

Seems excessive to even think about replacing the 12v unless there's an issue. I had my last two cars 10 years each and only replaced the 12v on my Ford when the alternator went and took the battery with it.

Quite correct on bar vs psi. The plug is mushroom shaped, you could see a hole where it had pushed through the foam and then trapped a ring of foam under it as it was pulled flush to the inside of the tyre. Incidentally the foam wasnt what I was expecting, its a cm or so thick strip around...

I can second this, had a factory MPS4 with foam plugged at the roadside - it was a quick puncture in the centre of the tread, went from 3.1 to 0.5 psi in around 45 seconds. The plug held it from 2.8psi down to 1.9psi after 18 hours and 45miles.

Thanks for all your quick replies, Superchargers are not present. I'd have to either drive about 10 miles past work in the morning, or 10 miles past home on the evening, I must literally be in the worst place in the country for supercharging....

M3P scheduled for imminent delivery, home charger is lagging behind (no installation date yet) Round trip to work is 105mi, moderate elevation shift, current temps about 10°C. There's a 7kw charger at work, but, there's a 5 hour limit... Am I likely to need additional charging?

The Y has always been the car I always wanted (family of 9) but I'm soon to get my model 3 on a 2 year lease. I reckon I'll be lucky in 2 years to find model y availability here in the UK
