Try cleaning off your brakes - a $6 can of brake cleaner may do the trick especially after winter. I would hear more of a crunching noise when using my brakes due to all of the grime/salt build up. After using can of brake cleaner, noise went away.

If you have mats in the back, you can velcro the lid to the mats. Some mats have flexible points that would act as the hinge.

Try some vinyl conditioner on all of the existing seals or believe the make a specific seal conditioner- if they’re dry or dirty or a little out of place they won’t seal as well and you’ll hear wind noise.
