    Not at the moment. The HOA is aware of this situation, if other residents got EVs then we'll need to adapt and maybe get other type of chargers for buildings that has this functionality.

    Well, I'm not really concern about that at the moment. Anyways, you can configure the charger to function in a particular schedule, let's say, only from 8pm to 8am when my car is most likely parked there.

    Thank you @brucet999, the electrician came to the building and evaluate the situation. My meter is located also in the 8th floor, I took the readings from there every month.
