I'm going to give it another two weeks to make a phone call. Their phone wait is pretty long these days.

Thank you. I emailed this account a few weeks ago and haven't heard back. My PTO was in Octomber and I actually got an email a month ago from Tesla saying they were going to mail me the check in a week... Still wating.

My PW was installed today. Waiting for the check.

It doesn't go away. You will have to call Tesla billing after you see the payment posted on your cc.

I saw this in another thread (power blaster /neurio?) too where Tesla cited City of San Diego as the problem that they can't install power blaster. Strange but maybe it's true? You get different answers when calling Tesla and it's hard to find someone who really understand the situation

Yes I am just frustrated that the crew should at least have told me this when they are done instead of telling me everything was ok. It is a "nice to have" but not must-have feature. I am just disappointed about their service.

Called Tesla and they said exactly what you said. They claimed there was no space in my power box to install the powerblaster so they just skipped it and didn't even tell me at the end of the job. Very bad service!

One thing that bothers me is that these solaredge inverters have 12-25 years warranty. The purchase agreement mentioned 10 years warranty for inverters, which Tesla told me was out of date. Most Enphase inverters offer 25 years of warranty.
