Unfortunately I don't know anything about wheel ratings. I did however ask wheelwiz.ca what the maximum size of tire wall I could put on the rims and they matched everything for me.

I'm not sure but would think so. I ordered a sticker from ebay and some nut caps from china. The stickers are very inexpensive and look like they will be just fine.
