“Maximum self consumption” is the term the tech used. If you’ve got the inverter profile setup paperwork it’s one of the profile names. Hope that helps.

As has been said above sometimes payments aren’t taken for up to 48 hours, if your card is registered & live then don’t worry payment will be taken in due course. I think the tacc issue is something different, so raise a service request if you’re still concerned.

I can’t comment on your question except my system is over 3 roofs SW 2.4kW, NE 1.2kW, SE 1.2kW, total 4.8kWp with a 5kW inverter. Not sure if that helps.

My new system came on line on Friday (4.8kWp) generated 26kW today. The house used 2.96kW (we are not at home), topped the battery to 100 percent & exported the rest.

Has anyone any news on the Uckfield supercharger site. It gained permission in December 2020 but no change since. I’m on my way to Eastbourne on Friday & Uckfild would be a great location to fill up. I’ll be using Pease pottage instead.

Thanks for your response guys, that helps & not any different than what I imagined. I’ve now used TeslafI to reprogram the car to 100% & reduced the current so that the 100% charge level will be reached about 30 mins before I leave, probably while I’m packing.

Why not look at a SolarEdge inverter & batterybank, this combination can also give you protection from power cuts, but I’m not sure if delivery times are any better.

If you have PS4’s fitted they are quite a hard compound rubber, I swapped mine after a year for CC2’s which are significantly quieter and more comfortable.

I started my quest in early December & only just got a install date of end of April, so don’t hold your breath.

You can easily get sucked in chasing the cheapest quote (pre site survey) which almost certainly will increase when a site survey has been done. In the meantime you’ve wasted several weeks which means a later delivery and possibly increased prices again due to demand.

Autopilot (AP) is a standard feature you are thinking about FSD which is a chargeable option.
