If I'm not mistaken the underground construction is for the ATM since they are re-doing the chase behind starbucks. Yes overall the project has stalled. Still missing the main component which is the transformer behind the fence. Right now just a big hole there with plywood covering it up...

Passed by today and a couple of owners were parked to have a conversation. LOL. One was a brand new owner so we were giving some advice out. But still no transformer.

Too bad it's not in place yet. I got into a wreck last weekend and most of the shops are fully booked for months. Hopefully the existing shop at SODO can take care of my car fairly quickly.

Didn't get a picture but someone parked at this location to pretend to charge. Still no transformer.

More work being done today. But no visible stuff. Probably wiring behind the enclosure

Wow that google street view shot was taken February. A lot has been done in 6 months but still not enough.

Since the original post in April here's a change for Auburn and Federal way. Personally I like having off peak rates as an option to save a little money.

Good find. Sadly we're stuck in a waiting game again. It was nice to see some progress but looks like we're in limbo for a while.

Used the Elephant touchless car wash and same discoloration on my 2022 Model Y. Fixed it with stainless steel cleaner. A quick wipe of the stuff brings it right back but it is a hassle.

The Chase ATM was there prior to the construction and ripped out. I wonder if they took it out temporarily to do their work because it was in the way. This location can't come soon enough. Fed Way is always busy and it's only getting worse with summer season here now. I'm sure all the food...

Drove by today (Thursday) and saw some people working around the area (big trucks). Didn't get a good look though. It's progress I guess. Will swing by Friday to see any changes.

I drive by almost every day with hopes for progress. Sadly I haven't seen anything happening.

No active construction while I was there. Did notice that the backhoe is not there anymore.

Passed by earlier today and they were actively digging. No big update but at least progress.

Went back to see if there were any other markings on the cabinets but nothing was on them except the printed Tesla logo info. Good progress being made it seems.

I can double check tomorrow (Wednesday) but I looked back at the pictures that I took (other than the ones I posted) and I didn't see any writing on them.

Went back today for a better shot of the progress. Confirmed it looks like 4 cabinets there. They have already started digging. 😁

The cellphone lot EVgo is $4.95 + 20 cents a minute. I guess if you really need it then it's there in a pinch.

Drove by there the other day and the only thing I noticed is that the Chase drive up ATM has been removed. Don't know if it's related. Plus there were these flags along the sidewalk. This is right in front of the Starbucks with the 333 Strander address. Again those things may not be related...
