LR has better range, softer ride, and is less expensive. The Performance (from all model years) is more fun and looks 10x better in my opinion. Even thinking about swapping ugly aero wheels onto a Performance should be a punishable offense.

You can try to calibrate the BMS by depleting the battery to less than 5% or so, waiting for a bit, and charging back to 100%. That being said, your description doesn't sound like a terrible drop off for a six year old electric car.
