Very disappointing. It was a great location and would have been nice. Fingers crossed it comes back when Tesla officially announces CCS superchargers.

Tesla was approved to build a Supercharger at the Wawa in Philipsburg in May of 2020: http://www.pohatcongtwp.org/_Content/pdf/minutes/2020-05-12-Land-Use-Minutes.pdf But this appeared to be part of Tesla‘s Plan to open up the Supercharger to non-Teslas. So maybe that’s why there’s a delay.

Contacted the Turnpike Commission again. After telling me it will be ready the week of October 11th, they now have no idea when it will be ready. Ugh...

Just contacted the Turnpike Commission. They said that the Electric company has a scheduled date of hook up the week of October 11th.

I also drove by the Bowmansville service plaza, there appears to be supercharger packages next to the blink chargers. But the ground hasn’t been torn into yet.

I just drove by the Peter J. Camiel service plaza today. The supercharger hardware has been installed! No pictures today, didn’t stop.
