The same thing happened to me today. SOOOOO scary. Tesla towed it on flatbed to service center. My MY is 4 months old but still shouldn’t have this kind of problem. Fingers crossed that I will get a positive resolution. Curious - what did you end up getting?

Definitely wasn’t the case today. Luckily I was on the street driving 25 mph and not on the freeway driving 70 mph. Would have been all bad.

yes, I called them and delivery specialist was able to send me the purchase agreement with the VIN on it Picking up at Dublin SC.

Probably true. This is my 1st first hand experience with Tesla and definitely not a pleasurable experience.

That providing information to customers is not a priority.

Clearly Tesla has no interest or concern in what would be a nightmare by any stretch of the imagination. The fact that it looks like there have been no Y deliveries this quarter (or very few) and no official word from Tesla speaks VOLUMES to me. Now we just wait.

I’m not sure they know anything reliable. I got the same answer from my SA also. I don’t believe anything until I see a VIN in my account. Until then I just roll my eyes over the phone.

Was May26-June 10. Delivery date range disappeared this afternoon. Called SC and was told “expect a call from delivery team soon”. Waiting for that VIN. Then I’ll believe it.

With all the technology that Tesla is known for, I don’t understand why they can’t do a better job of delivery estimates. This is the part of the buying experience that is an EPIC failure.
