Hello Peeps, Getting my M3 tomorrow in San Diego and looking to get ceramic window tints for sure, Also thinking of PPF if it suits my pocket. Any recommendations and places to avoid? Appreciate any inputs!!

I got the VIN on Friday and text to schedule on Saturday morning.. Earliest pick up was Monday, but I am picking it up tomorrow due to my availability

I can suggest you to call the UTC store and ask them to check in their pre-production tool.. That seems to be the most accurate dates that I have gotten.. (~ +/- 2 days)

It’s coming next week apparently.. my VIN got assigned as soon as the car went to their “Holding Lot”— told by the agent at Carlsbad. He also mentioned that a majority of folks are getting their VINs today.. good luck fellas…

Well, my SA here in San Diego did tell me upfront that historically they have always got their deliveries in the last 2 weeks of the quarter. The only "misguiding" messages were from the delivery center email replies saying we could expect May 3rd week/ Jun 1st week etc.. :(

Same... Estimated delivery: 7-10 weeks

Also these Demo ones, how do we know their build date? Do they come with Radars and the new wood trim interiors?

So weird... I called the store and asked about this. The SA mentioned we can have it removed.. :confused:

This is very helpful. I called them and the SA over there looked into my order. My car's factory gate is between 6/19-6/21 and that's when I can expect a VIN. I am picking up from San Diego, my order date was 4/11 for a M3 LR White on Black with 19"...

And also how some will just throw random dates :D .. I guess if even they take the pains to plug in our info to find out.. :(

If I remember correctly, there was one black which still had the white transport protection tapes on its frunk.

I actually stopped by the Carlsbad delivery center to check on my order today. They were overwhelmed with the MY deliveries today. There were too many MYs on their lot and probably 3-4 M3s . The SA checked my order and said a bunch of them are gonna be built on Jun1 for this delivery center. She...

Mostly soon I guess! got this reply from the Carlsbad delivery team. :) Good morning. Chase approvals at this time are good for 60 days. The factory is projected to build and ship your car in early June. We appreciate your patience.

Ordered Apr 11th and mine changed to Jun1-21 this morning!! Hope its coming soon!! Will be picking up @ Carlsbad.

It had moved back to 05/24-06/13

I emailed this afternoon to the carslbad store ([email protected]) asking about my delivery dates and they said currently most of us would have it by the 3rd-4th week of May.

Hope we get to Carlsbad soon!! :D I dont have a VIN yet..

Pretty much the same, got 2.49 with US Bank , reached out to tesla financing and they got me 1.99 with Chase,, No idea why they wont offer the least rate initially.. :D

I placed my order at a TSLA store and at that point, the SA told me to do the finance/ credit app after you get the VIN, since that's when your dates are firm. You can still do it now, as I guess the finance offers are valid for 60 days(?) and by now most of our delivery dates should be within...

Do you know if these updates come once a day and if its in the mornings? Are there cases where the dates keep moving randomly at any point of the day? My case: 4/15 - Ordered LR AWD white with black interiors and 19" 4/16 - Estimated 6/10-6/30 4/23- Moved up to 6/1 - 6/21
